Main Duties:

  • Maintain and update electronic employee records using internal HR systems and external systems
  • Act as a point of contact to employees for daily HR-related queries
  • Handle the administration of new work permits applications
  • Assist current employees to renew their residence cards
  • Handle the administration of the HRs main mailbox, sick reporting, medicals, injuries, engagements, and terminations
  • Assist the HR recruitment and administration teams with any ad hoc projects

What skills do you need?

  • An advanced level of education and/or have obtained a certificate in HR
  • One year of experience working in a similar role
  • Experience using MS applications including MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Maltese, and preferably Italian and/or Spanish
  • Passionate about Human Resources and enjoys working with people

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
