The HR Business Partner supports positive employee experience and workplace culture by executing PXT programs, coaching frontline leaders, and maintaining workplace standards. They partner with senior PXT members to drive organizational health initiatives while building foundational HR skills in performance management, talent planning, and operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
Employee Experience & Culture: Support a positive workplace by executing programs, reinforcing standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations. Key tasks include coaching frontline leaders, supporting employee feedback channels, maintaining workplace standards, assisting with communication, coordinating recognition activities, and promoting inclusion.

Strategic PXT Partnership: Build business acumen by supporting PXT initiatives and reinforcing Amazon values. This involves partnering with leaders, influencing without authority, monitoring for potential issues, providing policy guidance, supporting onboarding, and assisting with site initiatives.

Operations Talent Planning & Org Health: Coach managers on performance management, support talent processes, monitor organizational health trends, assist with leader development, and promote fair talent practices.

PXT Operational Excellence: Focus on delivering standard work and stakeholder engagement. This includes establishing consistent routines, building data awareness, practicing clear communication, learning to prioritize tasks, becoming proficient with digital tools, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating effectively within the PXT team.

Completed Bachelors Degree
Generalist experience in Human Resources subsystems.
Experience in supporting massive and operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc).
Fluent Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English (reads and writes easily and fluently, understands ~75% when listening and can provide quick and objective answers).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level (V-lookup and pivot tables);
Must be willing to work 100% on-site, with flexibility in hours and days, especially during peak periods or promotions (Prime Day, Black Friday).

Experience in HR for factory/manufacturing, transportation company, distribution center, or logistics.
Masters and/or Post-Degree.
Data Analytics.
BI tools and knowledge.
