PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £60,000 - £68,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The HR Business Partner - People Operations, acts as the operational lead for outsourced HR service delivery, ensuring resilience, service quality and continuous improvement across all People Operations activities. This role leads the service and operational elements of outsourced HR provision, working in close partnership with the Commercial team and Group Procurement, who retain responsibility for commercial strategy, tendering, and contract ownership. Together, these teams bring complementary skillsets to ensure an aligned, well-governed and value-for-money operating model.

By partnering closely with Group Procurement and Commercial Finance, you’ll influence commercial arrangements, ensure value for money, and provide the operational insight that informs future fit HR design. You’ll also lead operational governance, develop high quality reporting and insights, support procurement activity with expert input, and identify opportunities to optimise cost, service design and efficiency. It’s a role for someone who wants to make a visible impact, own meaningful outcomes, and play a central part in shaping how HR services are delivered across the organisation.
