For our client, one of the biggest in the retail industry, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Business Partner with a solid background in human resources to support the daily operations of our clients growing company. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with 3+ years of relevant experience, comfortable managing a broad range of HR responsibilities and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

General responsibilities:

  • All areas of Human Resources in the region.
  • Business partnering for Retail Managers and District Managers on all organisational areas: secure the strongest possible teams and make them stronger.
  • Employee forecasting in the region, being proactive on acting on organisational issues.
  • Assigned HR systems.

Areas of responsibilities - task-related:

  • Drive performance of teams and individuals.
  • Be proactive in solving the organisational needs and challenges.
  • Secure 100% implementation of HR and HR related concepts and policies in the region.
  • Follow up and secure actions related to KPI development.
  • On the road, sparring with RM/DM/HRBP/HRC/HRM: be visible in the stores.
  • Follow up on Customer First in the store.
  • Secure HRs professional secrecy.
  • Labor Law, agreements and regulations.
  • Drive HR KPIs in the region through Retail.
  • Superuser in assigned HR systems.
  • Securing our values & leadership are alive in the region.

Relevant training

  • Secure Introduction, Training and Development programs, Seasonal Sales & Service, and others
  • Maintain and secure the quality in materials
  • Follow up on mLearnings & on the job trainings
  • TTT secure trainer quality
  • Feedback
  • Train in leadership and HR topics and systems

Great Store Management

  • Setting the strongest teams and make them stronger.
  • Internal organisation follow-up
  • Employee forecasting and anticipate gaps
  • Recruitment: participate in all pipeline recruitments
  • Retain and develop employees
  • Staff Policies, rules & guidelines
  • Support RM/DM on disciplinary actions
  • Exit process, including exit interviews and exit surveys
