We are looking for a Senior HR leader (with 10+ years of experience in HR) with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is eager to join a team of like-minded individuals at our fantastic fractional HR firm. About the role:
The HR Business Partner role is a consulting role within Castle HR. The Consultant shall provide strategic HR consulting services to Castle HR’s clients, delivering high-impact solutions that align with business objectives, drive high-performance teams, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
