    Role Overview

    As the Human Resources Business Partner, you'll provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across designated business units, acting as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, talent management and leadership development. You'll ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and company policies while playing a key part in driving business performance through commercially focused people solutions.

    You'll build strong relationships with leaders to understand business objectives, support complex employee relations matters, and contribute to a growing HR function with the backing and support to make a genuine impact.

    Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide proactive HR advice aligned to business strategy and workforce needs
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters including performance management, grievances and investigations
  • Support recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding activities across the business
  • Coach managers on performance management, talent identification and succession planning
  • Support change management, restructures and business transformation initiatives
  • Oversee HR administration, employee documentation, payroll liaison and remuneration processes
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture and support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Collaborative, people-first culture with strong leadership support

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with a minimum of 5 years' experience, strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks, and a track record managing complex employee relations matters. You bring excellent stakeholder management, coaching and consulting skills, and are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to influence decision-making and translate HR strategy into pragmatic, commercially sound solutions will be key to your success.
