This role sits at the heart of our employer branding and internal culture. You’ll be the voice that shapes how the world sees us (on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox) and the energy that keeps our people connected inside.

What you’ll own

  • Employer Branding:

    • Build and manage Zoca’s employer presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox.

    • Curate stories, culture snippets, and people highlights that attract top talent.

    • Collaborate with teams to bring our mission and milestones to life through authentic content.

  • Internal Communications:

    • Plan and execute team engagement initiatives — from team-building days to festive celebrations.

    • Lead organization-wide communication for planned leaves, events, and cultural updates.

    • Keep the internal buzz alive — ensuring Zoca’s vibe reflects in every mail, banner, and message.

  • Culture & Engagement:

    • Partner with leadership to amplify the company’s culture narrative.

    • Collect and share feedback that keeps our employee experience strong and evolving.

What we’re looking for

  • 0-1 years of experience in HR / Employer Branding / Communications roles.

  • Someone who lives and breathes LinkedIn, loves storytelling, and has a creative pulse.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills — you know how to make content pop.

  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a natural people-person energy.
