Role Purpose
Lead end to end talent acquisition delivery and strategy to meet business hiring needs, while modernising recruitment through data, technology and AI enabled automation. The role partners senior stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes, strengthen governance, and uplift recruiter capability, using the Bank’s recruitment ecosystem) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy, Operating Model & Stakeholder Advisory
Translate workforce demand into an actionable TA strategy and resourcing plan, aligning with business priorities and governance expectations.
Act as trusted advisor to Hiring Managers/HRBPs on market conditions, sourcing trade offs, hiring risks, and decision quality.
Establish and run a disciplined TA operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, ageing roles, bottleneck management, prioritisation).
End to End Recruitment Delivery
Oversee recruitment lifecycle execution: sourcing channel definition/activation, talent pools, requisition creation (incl. evergreen/confidential), sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, offer management, and process feedback loops.
Drive consistent process adoption and candidate/hiring manager experience across roles and divisions, using standardised workflows.
Ensure clean execution of screening stages (e.g., candidate movement, assessment steps, shortlist governance) in accordance with the process flow.
Lead adoption of AI enabled recruiting solutions , focusing on recruiter efficiency and interview quality e.g., automation for CV/JD matching and interview assistance. Partner with relevant stakeholders to pilot and scale AI tools responsibly.
Define AI use cases for hiring/recruitment and track outcomes (efficiency, cycle time, experience, quality)
Ensure assessment strategy integration is fit for purpose (e.g., leveraging existing assessment tools in scope and expanding coverage appropriately).
Recruitment Analytics, Insights & Performance Management
Build an analytics agenda beyond basic hiring counts. e.g., source effectiveness, time to fill by role family, bottleneck diagnostics, candidate drop off, and market expectation trends.
Monitor TA KPIs and translate data into decisions (what to prioritise, which channels work, where to intervene).
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach, and upskill recruiters/TA ops on consultative hiring, structured interviewing, data usage, and technology adoption.
Embed stronger recruiter capability for “integrated/optimised TA” maturity (strategic workforce lens, predictive and proactive hiring).
Success Measures
Hiring outcomes delivered (quality + speed) with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
Demonstrable improvement in funnel performance and source effectiveness.
Successful execution of AI/automation initiatives with measurable efficiency/quality gains (where applicable).
Strong TA team capability uplift and consistent process adoption.

8–12+ years in Talent Acquisition, including proven leadership/people management experience.
Strong background in regulated / complex environments and high stakes stakeholder management.
Demonstrated experience with recruitment process maps/SOPs and operating cadence implementation.
