We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive national workforce planning and analytics across our nursing agency and travel nurse operations. In this role, you’ll ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, delivering exceptional care across Australia. Your insights and strategies will directly impact workforce efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
Shape and implement a national workforce strategy that aligns with business goals and client needs
Forecast workforce supply and demand, identifying risks, gaps, and growth opportunities, including international workforce initiatives
Lead workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform senior executive decision-making
Ensure accurate, integrated data and optimise reporting systems
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and HR to drive targeted attraction and resourcing strategies
Advise senior leaders on trends, workforce optimisation, and support bids and client proposals
