This strategic and hands-on leadership role oversees the design, implementation, and management of global compensation, benefits, and people operations programs. You will shape programs that are competitive, compliant, and scalable, while ensuring operational excellence across all People processes. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will influence executive compensation and IPO readiness, foster a high-performing team, and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making. The role spans global responsibilities across multiple geographies and requires a balance of strategic vision and operational rigor. You will also lead initiatives to optimize HR systems, streamline workflows, and enhance employee experience across the organization. Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and management of global total rewards programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity, and executive compensation
- Partner with executive leadership on compensation governance, IPO readiness, and equity program design
- Conduct ongoing market benchmarking and analysis to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with business strategy
- Oversee the annual compensation cycle, including merit, promotion, bonus, and equity refresh processes with fairness and rigor
- Own and evolve People Operations globally, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll, HRIS data integrity, compliance, policy development, and employee records management
- Implement scalable systems and workflows to streamline People operations and enable self-service for employees
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards & People Operations team, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and/or people operations, ideally in a high-growth technology or multinational company
- Expertise in global compensation practices (U.S., India, Europe) and executive compensation
- Experience preparing a company for IPO readiness, including governance and disclosure requirements
- Proven ability to scale People Operations in multi-national organizations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience leveraging HRIS, payroll, equity, and other People systems to optimize operations
- Exceptional leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
