Head of Talent Acquisition.As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the group-wide hiring strategy across multiple international markets, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier talent to support our ambitious growth in aviation and tourism.
You will partner closely with executive leadership and HR business partners to build a innovative, high-performing, future-ready workforce — from cabin crew and commercial teams to strategic and operational leadership roles.
An important part of your role will be to build and grow the employer brand, positioning us as a top choice for talent in both local and international markets.
You will also ensure that the Talent Acquisition function operates as a center of excellence, providing strategic guidance, best practices, tools, and advisory support to business and HR leaders across all markets.

In this role you will be:- Design and drive the global talent acquisition strategy, focused on attracting the best talent in aviation and tourism to enable business strategy execution and support the creation of a global ecosystem that transforms the travel industry
- Ensure the Talent Acquisition function acts as a center of expertise, enabling business leaders and HR teams with tools, insights, and best practices
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical, executive, and volume roles
- Build and manage an international sourcing framework, with a focus on high-demand and niche travel sector talent
- Develop and execute the employer branding strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams
- Ensure strong alignment between workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
- Implement AI-based recruitment tools and automation solutions to support smarter sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
- Build and scale onboarding processes for different categories of employees (e.g. operational, commercial, executive), in partnership with HR and functional teams
- Track and analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience
- Develop and manage relationships with executive search partners and local TA teams in multiple countries
- Oversee employee experience touchpoints within the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and exit interviews, to generate insights and support continuous improvement of the employee journey.
- Promote diversity, cultural intelligence, and mobility within hiring practices
- Lead, coach, and develop the TA team, setting high standards and clear goals
We expect from you:
- 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership of regional or global teams
- Strong international recruitment background
- Proven experience in building and implementing employer brand strategies
- Demonstrated ability to scale recruitment in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
- Hands-on experience in introducing AI solutions and digital tools into the recruitment process
- Experience leading a center of expertise or supporting decentralized teams through shared standards and tools
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect talent strategy to business transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong data literacy and experience with ATS/HR systems and recruitment analytics
- Fluent English required; other languages (e.g., Polish, Romanian, or other local languages) are a plus
