Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent acquisition strategy. This is a remote position for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition within HR domain companies or recruitment-related organizations. The ideal candidate must have expertise in headhunting and sourcing processes, ensuring the successful identification and engagement of high-caliber talent to meet organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Analyze market trends and workforce planning needs to shape future hiring strategies.
  • Build partnerships with senior leaders to understand hiring priorities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, remote talent acquisition team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the recruitment function.

Headhunting and Sourcing

  • Lead executive and specialized recruitment efforts using advanced headhunting and sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Leverage technology, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to identify top talent globally.

Process Management

  • Establish, refine, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt best practices in recruitment operations.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team.
  • Present insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize recruitment efforts.

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and team-building efforts.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure recruitment practices adhere to all legal and organizational standards.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and recruitment trends in key markets.


QualificationsRequired Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience working in HR domain or recruitment-related companies.


Skills:

  • Deep expertise in headhunting, sourcing, and executive-level recruitment.
  • Strong command of modern recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage a remote team effectively while achieving ambitious goals.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.


Preferred

  • Experience with global recruitment and managing international hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • A strong track record of implementing successful employer branding initiatives.
