About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting team and play a key role in scaling Guardio. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be part of shaping the strategy, manage execution, and ensure we’re attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in a highly competitive market.
You’ll be a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping us build the teams that will power our next stage of growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and grow our Talent Acquisition team.
- Contribute to building and executing a recruitment strategy that aligns with Guardio’s business goals.
- Drive top-of-funnel activities: create initiatives to attract talent, strengthen Guardio’s employer brand and continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach.
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for selected roles, alongside your team — because we believe in hands-on leadership.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, improve processes, and measure success.
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Guardio’s culture and values.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startups (B2C/B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong experience managing and scaling recruiting teams.
- Data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable working with metrics and analytics.
- Track record of building hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
