OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global people analytics team at Flutter which sits at the heart of Flutter’s people strategy.
In that context, this role will focus on driving value through data from our strategic workforce planning and executive insight product streams.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering aspects of Global strategic workforce planning through data collation, analysis and assessment. You will play a key role in using data to tell us the ‘so what’ and presenting those proposals in a compelling way to gain buy-in and drive organisational efficiency and transformation.
You will build strong relationships across the business and centre’s of excellence to ensure the recommendations carefully balance data insights with local knowledge and expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
Strategic thinking – ability to problem solve, generate hypothesis, structure problems, generate robust conclusions and strategic objectives. Ability to work with ambiguity, taking on challenges which are not fully defined to structure and resolve with the necessary levels of personal commitment and resliance.
Communication and storytelling – Excellent written and verbal communication, in particular experience with producing written outputs at C-suite (and ideally Board) level.
Data analytics – Ability to review and perform quality analysis, including resourcefulness in sourcing and validating data insights to present recommendations.
Stakeholder management – using a commercial understanding and excellent communication skills, to develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of people and business areas.
Programme Delivery – Ability to take ownership for a workstream, develop project plans and work right to left to deliver required outputs at pace.
Collaboration – Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Ability to create a strong network and good working environment within the team and the organisation, working with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
