This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy for a rapidly growing, high-impact organization. The Head of People Operations will partner closely with the executive team to drive organizational design, leadership development, and change management initiatives that scale the business. This role oversees a small, highly effective People team, balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution to support employees at every level. You will create systems and frameworks that foster accountability, engagement, and professional growth, while ensuring HR practices align with the company’s growth objectives. Accountabilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, advising on organizational design, leadership development, and scaling strategies.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth and transformation.
Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and operational excellence.
Oversee and mentor a high-impact People team, providing guidance while empowering team members to own their areas of expertise.
Manage performance management systems that encourage accountability and excellence across the organization.
Develop competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Foster an engaging, supportive, and inclusive work environment that motivates employees to thrive.
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct ownership of HR strategy and operations in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
Proven ability to balance hands-on operational execution with long-term strategic planning.
Experience advising and influencing senior executives on people and organizational matters.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and global workforce planning.
Data-driven decision-making with experience using HR metrics to guide strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Successful completion of a background check.
