The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, the Head of People Experience is responsible for designing and delivering exceptional end-to-end employee experience - from the moment a candidate first engages with our brand to their continuous growth and sense of purpose within the organisation. This role leads Centres of Expertise for Recruitment, Learning & Development, Culture / DEI / Wellness.

In this role you will,
Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding
Own and evolve the group’s hiring strategy to attract high-performing, diverse talent
Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast and fulfil hiring needs
Build a best-in-class employer brand with strong activation across digital, internal, and external channels
Learning & Leadership Development
Drive the Group’s learning strategy to build capabilities at scale
Oversee leadership development pathways aligned to Vision 2030
Champion a culture of continuous learning and skills agility
Culture, DEI & Wellness
Evolve and activate the Group's culture in line with values and purpose
Lead internal campaigns, listening strategies, and action plans to boost employee engagement
Oversee our DEI and Wellness agendas to ensure inclusion, belonging, and holistic wellbeing
Experience Design & Activation
Partner with HRBPs and Operations to embed human-centred design in the full employee journey
Use data, feedback and behavioural insights to shape moments that matter (onboarding, milestones, growth, exits)
Team Development
Lead a team of subject-matter experts with clarity, coaching and ambition
Coach and mentor senior managers and team leaders
Promote collaboration and communication within the HR department and with other business units
Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top HR professionals with a focus on continuous development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with various departments, to ensure a cohesive approach to our people experience
Partner with Bank's key leadership to ensure that people experience is integrated into all business initiatives
build strong relationships with partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and drive improvement
Compliance
Ensure all people experience interactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of:
A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field;
A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage;
10+ years’ experience in HR or People Experience roles, ideally in large organisations;
Demonstrated leadership in at least two of the following: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Culture, DEI, or Engagement;
Experience designing or scaling people-centric initiatives and platforms;
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with a commercial lens;
Influential communicator with deep empathy and people-first orientation.
You will have to demonstrate:
Strong understanding of people experience principles, methodologies, and best practices;
The ability to develop and implement comprehensive people experience strategies, understanding market dynamics, identifying opportunities, and aligning people experience efforts with the overall business objectives;
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, develop funnel analysis, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data driven decisions;
Outstanding project and program delivery expertise;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
