Head of Global Talent Acquisition

VPG is looking for a bold, forward-thinking Head of Global Talent Acquisition to shape and drive our worldwide hiring strategy. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of attracting top talent, building a world-class candidate experience, and leading a diverse global team of recruiters.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with vision – Design and execute a global hiring strategy that fuels business growth and strengthens our employer brand.
• Inspire teams – Mentor and guide regional recruiters, ensuring excellence and consistency across markets.
• Partner at the top – Work closely with senior leadership and HRBPs to anticipate needs and deliver on talent plans.
• Optimize & scale – Streamline processes, leverage the latest tools & AI, and track performance with data-driven insights.
• Champion diversity – Drive inclusive hiring practices across all regions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and market insights to inform hiring strategies, track performance, and report on KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading global TA in a public or large-scale company.
• Deep knowledge of international labor markets and recruitment practices.
• Strong track record in building high-performing teams and scalable processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with recruitment platforms, recruitment marketing &ai tools, and data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (Master’s preferred).
• Preference- experience from industrial companies.
