The Role The Salon Sales & Guest Experience Specialist oversees the daily operations of our salon and boutique while ensuring every guest enjoys a luxury experience. This role combines guest relations, sales leadership, and team development, with a clear path toward salon management.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and host guests, manage appointments, and oversee front desk operations
Drive sales through upselling services, retail products, and boutique items
Train, coach, and support guest services and salon assistants
Monitor salon cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards
Manage retail and boutique inventory, orders, and audits
Lead staff check-ins, team huddles, and assist with scheduling and PTO requests
Partner with owner and marketing team on social media, events, and promotions
Act as a role model, reinforcing salon values and supporting staff development
