Job Description:

The Group HR Director serves as Group Director for People Engagement, Culture, and all aspects of HR management, including talent and leadership development, retention, and organizational design. This includes delivering an HR strategy and supporting HR systems and methodologies to ensure the people of CTP across 10 countries are serviced and facilitated in doing their daily jobs. This includes also creating a visible and well-connected HR community within CTP and partnering with agencies, consultants, and recruiters. The role has oversight on Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management. As guardian of CTP culture, the HRD actively drives the values of CTP and translates this into people engagement and effective recruitment and talent development.

  • Spearhead the company’s vision on people and culture by leading the CTP HR community.

  • Innovate in HR leadership, performance, and digital transformation.

  • Lead the transformation of CTP’s culture, promoting growth and long-term results by aligning our company purpose, values and behavior with the business operating model.

  • Contribute to building a healthy organization fit for the future by addressing the dynamic needs of employees across 10+ countries in fast-growing environment, creating a strong sense of belonging and employee engagement.

  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them in collaboration with Leadership and the HR community within CTP.

  • Deliver methodological and comprehensive HR strategies in a fast-paced, operations and business development-driven environment.

  • Ensure talent is continuously identified, developed, and retained, and succession planning is in place.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with employees to build trust and resilience and enhance operational efficiency.


The responsibilities also include:

  • Develop, Introduce, and operationalize HR systems and policies across CTP international and 10+ countries.

  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.

  • Oversee the implementation Workday as our core HR system and ensure system data input quality, implementation of standard management reporting and daily practical use as HR management tool.

  • Oversee international recruitment and onboarding plan, including standardization of job descriptions.

  • Develop the annual assessment and management/talent development calendar and drive consistent implementation across CTP International and the countries.

  • Provide for guidelines on selection of recruitment agencies and recruitment processes.

  • Advise and assist management and staff on HR matters.

  • Organize employer branding activities, events, and social media presence, in close cooperation with Marketing.

  • Work with Finance on improving HR Admin processes.

  • Work with HR Legal on Contract Management process improvements.


Key Success Factors:

  • The HRD will be most successful if adaptable to an entrepreneurial, hands-on and fast-pace growth environment.

  • This requires a feet on the ground attitude and willingness to sit down with management, speak up, be direct, challenge when necessary, and have a collaborative solution driven approach to HR challenges.

  • We promote accountability and ownership. Avoiding too many shared responsibilities and a clear task split are important factors to stay lean and efficient. The HRD should factor that in when developing plans.

  • Equally important is to have a business performance driven approach.

  • Understanding CTP business is critically important.
