Graphic Design Internship (Recruitment Marketing & Presentations)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling and branding. In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams by designing engaging recruitment marketing materials, presentations, and other visual assets that enhance our employer brand.

This internship is ideal for students who want to build a professional portfolio while gaining real-world experience in recruitment marketing, corporate branding, and presentation design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design recruitment marketing materials, including social media graphics, job advertisements, digital banners, and promotional content.
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for recruitment, training, and leadership meetings.
• Assist in developing employer branding campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Produce infographics, icons, and other visual assets to simplify complex information.
• Ensure all materials follow company branding and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters, training teams, and business leaders to understand project requirements.
• Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Organize and maintain design templates and digital assets.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or Figma is an advantage.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing design work is highly preferred.
