Overview

This role reports to the Vice President, Global People Operations.  The People Operations Analyst supports the People function by ensuring accurate employee data, supporting core HR processes, and delivering foundational reporting and analysis. This role is designed for an early-career professional with strong attention to detail and an interest in using data to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support People Operations projects across HR systems, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, and time & labor, including system upgrades, maintenance, configurations, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Generate and maintain standard People reporting and dashboards; support ad hoc data requests as needed.
  • Collect, document, and validate functional data requirements for People systems and processes.
  • Serve as a Tier 1 point of contact for People systems inquiries and troubleshooting; coordinate with third-party vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Assist with support ticket intake, prioritization, and coordination with appropriate support teams.
  • Partner with third-party service providers, IT, Data Privacy, Finance & Accounting, and the broader People team to support effective system interfaces, data flows, and processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by documenting procedures, assisting with change management, and contributing to training materials.
  • Assist in maintaining processes for data validation, change audits, and access audits.
  • Support documentation and maintenance of internal and external People data flows.
  • Maintain mapping of all internal and external data flows for People data.
  • Assist with data privacy and compliance activities related to People data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the People Operations function.

 

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, business or accounting.
  • Must have 2 years payroll HRIS experience
  • Must have 2 years project experience, preferably payroll implementation and data conversion experience. 
  • Must have 2 years ERP experience, preferably an ADP system or HiBob.
  • Preferred experience with Atlassian Jira Service Management / Confluence, Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Must have advanced level MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas), MS Project, MS Access and MS Visio experience.
  • Goal oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and consultative advisory ability. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Able to effectively deal with change and a diverse environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
  • Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
  • Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
