In Southeast Asia, we are a leading power sector consulting engineering company executing our regional consultancy and engineering assignments from our power sector consulting offices in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Singapore. In Manila, we are also building the Global Hub People Operations Team that will support global processes. 

Job Description

Overall Description: 

Performs People Operations administrative activities in scope in line with established procedures and templates

 

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct day‑to‑day administrative activities related to employee lifecycle events, such as job and personal data changes, employee movements, and employee documentation, and other HR reporting activities.

•Serve as first‑line support for People processes

•Support colleagues to ensure accurate and timely daily activities.

•Ensure high-quality process execution, administration and compliance in daily HRO activities and reporting, aligned with Service Levels and KPIs.

•Support process enhancements and best practices implementations when needed.

•Collaborate within the team and report in established ways to the Global Hub HR People Operations Manager

 

 

Success Criteria:

•Achieved high accuracy and compliance in HRO administrative activities.

•Demonstrated effective teaming, contributing to daily HRO administrative work with successful outcomes.

 

Reports to: Global Hub People Operations Manager

Direct Reports: None

Type of Role: Full-time

Location: Manila

Qualifications

•Degree in Human Resources Management, or other relevant education.

•1-4 years of relevant work experience within People Operations or People & Culture function.

•Good understanding of transactional People & Culture processes.

•Proficiency and interest in HR systems and MS Office, along with digital process automation is desirable (experience in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar is a strong plus).

•Strong soft skills, including an analytical and learning-oriented mindset, ability to perform under tight deadlines, problem identification and solving skills, customer service orientation, strong communication skills and attention to detail.

•Proficiency level in English
