Talent Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead and manage lateral hiring across all Cummins business units, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in the recruitment process.
- Build and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and evolving workforce needs.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive and candidate-driven market.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to ensure continuous engagement, proactive workforce planning, and alignment with long-term talent goals.
Program & Process Excellence
- Oversee multiple interconnected talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and efficient resource allocation.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and data privacy standards across operating geographies.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders, providing insights, trends, and recommendations to shape business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop TA teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Engage cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of TA programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Change & Innovation
- Drive change management across talent processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business and market dynamics.
- Encourage innovation in sourcing, assessment, and employer branding to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

QualificationsExperience:
- 15–18 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership of large, complex hiring portfolios.
- Proven track record in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders, implementing process excellence, and driving strategic hiring initiatives.
Location & Working Model:
- While the role category reflects Remote, it is a Hybrid position operating primarily from the Cummins Pune office.
