As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious go-getter with a strong background in sales and recruitment to join our dynamic Staffing & Recruitment Division. Exceptional sales performers from service-based industries are also encouraged to apply, as full recruitment training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

Business Development:

  • Drive new business by generating leads and converting prospects into long-term clients
  • Set up and run engaging introductory meetings
  • Seamlessly onboard new clients and manage accounts with excellence

 

Recruitment:

  • Manage high-impact job ads that attract top talent
  • Source and headhunt exceptional candidates
  • Interview, shortlist, and guide candidates through the hiring journey
  • Facilitate every step of the client interview process
  • Conduct thorough background checks

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

What We’re Looking For:

  • A tertiary qualification
  • Your own reliable vehicle
  • Previous recruitment experience within an agency environment is advantageous but not essential. We are open to candidates with strong sales experience in a service-based industry and are happy to provide full training on the recruitment side.
