Amplifon Iberica S.A.U acquired GAES in 2019 with over 700 shops spread throughout the country. The main office is in Barcelona and operates with 2000+ dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound. 

 

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will manage recruitment for Front Office positions, ensuring efficient sourcing, smooth hiring processes, and timely delivery aligned with business needs, while maintaining accurate recruitment data.

 

Your tasks:

 

• Manage operational recruitment processes end-to-end for assigned Front Office roles (e.g. Audiologists, Client Advisors, Trainers)
• Post job ads and actively source candidates using job boards, social media, and CV databases
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Oracle ORC) and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Follow up on hiring progress and support basic recruitment reporting
• Build and maintain simple talent pipelines for recurring roles
• Visit audiologist schools across the country to promote the company, build relationships, and attract future talent
• Support employer branding activities such as job postings, local initiatives, and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

 

Your profile:

 

• You have completed a degree in human resources, psychology, economics, or a comparable field
• You have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in an operational or high-volume environment
• Familiarity with job boards, social media, and CV databases
• Basic to good Excel skills
• You are organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple recruitments in parallel
