Your Responsibilities

• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding-Kampagnen über alle relevanten Kanäle, insbesondere Social Media
• Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Employer-Branding-Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern wie Kommunikation und Führungskräften
• Weiterentwicklung und redaktionelle Betreuung der internen sowie externen Jobboards und Karriereseiten
• Erstellung von zielgruppenspezifischem Social Media und SEO Content (Keywords, Storytelling, Videos, Mitarbeiterinterviews, Kampagnenmotive)
• Analyse relevanter KPIs (Recruiting-Kennzahlen, Reichweiten, Engagement-Raten) und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Identifikation von Trends & Best Practices, um insbesondere die Umsetzung der Arbeitgebermarke kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

Your Profile

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Employer Branding, Personalmarketing, Kommunikations- oder Marketingbereich
• Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen (idealerweise crossmedial)
• Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Power Point
• Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen und entsprechenden Tools (z.B. google for jobs)
• Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch zu denken als auch operativ umzusetzen
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Kreative, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
