Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytically-driven HR professional to serve as a strategic right-hand and execution partner supporting our Central European HR Leadership Team. Based in India, this role combines executive coordination, project management, talent acquisition market research, and regional alignment. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison and enabler, managing key regional projects, talent mapping initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Experience Delivery models while maintaining compliance with global HR policies.



Responsibilities

Executive Support & Project Management (50%)

  • Serve as strategic execution partner to the Central Europe HR Leadership Team, translating priorities into actionable plans and ensuring follow-through
  • Track and monitor progress of critical Central European HR initiatives and projects across multiple countries
  • Drive accountability for delivery milestones across regional initiatives, ensuring timely completion of key priorities
  • Organize and manage logistics for regional leadership meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials distribution
  • Contribute to the facilitation of regional meetings and produce detailed action notes with systematic follow-up tracking
  • Follow up with country HR teams, CoEs, and Experience Delivery model stakeholders on project deliverables, timelines, and action items
  • Maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility in collaboration with the CoE Data Management team
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies across regional initiatives and programs[MK1] [RM2] 
  • Serve as key engagement liaison between Central Europe HR and global HR Centers of Excellence (Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Systems[MK3] [RM4] )
  • Provide firm yet supportive follow-up to ensure stakeholders meet commitments and deadlines

Talent Acquisition Market Research & Intelligence (35%)

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence for talent acquisition across Central European markets under the guidance of the Head of TA for Central Europe.
  • Perform internal and external talent mapping to identify potential candidates and skill availability by country and function
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with data-driven insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
  • Create talent landscape reports and competitive analysis by role, geography, and industry segment
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality across the region
  • Maintain talent intelligence databases and pipelines for critical roles in Central Europe, to inform hiring strategies
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to recruitment processes based on market insights and data protection compliance

Communication & Stakeholder Management (15%)

  • Develop compelling, conceptually sound presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and Mural etc  that effectively communicate complex information to leadership and stakeholders
  • Design presentation content that tells a clear story, synthesizes data into actionable insights, and supports strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of Northern Europe, and Head of Southern and Western Europe
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of global policy updates and compliance requirements to regional stakeholders.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational organizations operating across multiple countries
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-country environments 
  • Proven track record in project coordination and stakeholder management at senior leadership levels with strong delivery focus
  • Ideally experience supporting talent acquisition functions with market research and competitive intelligence
  • Background in HR operations, analytics, HRBP roles, or coordination positions with exposure to regional/global projects
  • Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence and shared service/Experience Delivery models

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and organizational skills including complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting), data structuring, and systematic file management
  • Exceptional presentation design and conceptual thinking skills using PowerPoint, Canva, Mural, or similar tools—ability to craft compelling narratives and visualize complex information
  • Data management and analysis capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems ( Ideally Oracle, but Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms also relevant)
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Comfort with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams,      Mural)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in offshore/global delivery models for HR services
  • Knowledge of Central European employment laws and talent markets across multiple countries
  • HR analytics or talent intelligence certification (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, HR Analytics)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Previous executive support or coordination experience in HR or business functions

Work Environment & Location

  • Location: India CSC (specific city to be determined)
  • Hybrid remote work model with strong virtual collaboration capabilities
  • Working hours: Alignment with Central European time zones where possible
