Manage procurement from start to finish, including submittals, procurement tracking, purchase orders, and closeout documentation
Maintain document control, including updated drawing sets, specifications, meeting agendas, and file systems
Research, submit, track, and return RFIs
Assist the Project Manager with project startup and closeout processes
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on material orders and equipment deliveries

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a similar role
General understanding of mechanical systems (plumbing, hydronics, sheet metal)
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Sage, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Education and Experience:
3–5 years of experience in mechanical construction project engineering
Advanced proficiency with project management tools and software
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Valid driver’s license
