DescriptionTalent Acquisition Executive is responsible for attracting top talent by implementing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and contributing to the development and maintenance of a strong employer brand.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure in the IT/ITES industries is an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the full talent acquisition life cycle, from candidate sourcing & attraction to on boarding.
- Experience in IT end to end recruitment is a definite advantage
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HR software (a plus).
- Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
