As an Executive - Talent Acquisition at Ultraviolette Automotive, you will be responsible for hiring across various teams and departments. While you’ll primarily focus on recruiting for engineering roles (including Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics), your expertise will extend to other critical areas of the business, ensuring we continue to attract diverse talent that drives innovation.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process across multiple domains, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
Strategic Sourcing: Use your sourcing expertise to identify top talent for a variety of roles, including engineering, design, operations, and more.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers across different teams to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring we have a strong talent pool for both current and future hiring needs.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment analytics to track progress and success metrics, and use this data to continuously optimise our hiring processes. Visualise this data through dashboards or reports to share with leadership and make data-backed decisions.
Candidate Experience: Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience, maintaining clear communication and ensuring they understand the value and impact of the work we’re doing at Ultraviolette.
