Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and support the offer process.
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in SW/IT recruitment.
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- [Optional] Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
