Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and support the offer process.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in SW/IT recruitment. 
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • [Optional] Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
