Job Description:
Employee Experience:
- Implement strategies to enhance the employee experience at SDG.
- Propose improvements to SDG's employee experience through the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, development, training)
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Gather and analyse feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and administer employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, including pulse surveys.
- Compile and analyse survey data to identify key trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement based on survey results.
Communication:
- Develop and execute communication plan to ensure employees are engaged and informed about company news, departmental initiatives, and upcoming events.
- Utilise various communication channels such as intranet, email, and internal social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, memos, and other communication materials.
Culture and Well-being:
- Promote a positive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
- Organize and promote wellness programs such as fitness challenges, mental health awareness campaigns, and stress management workshops.
- Collaborate with external vendors to provide resources and support for employee well-being.
Project and Event Management:
- Lead end-to-end project and event management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Conduct thorough evaluations post-event to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and cost-efficient outcomes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align goals and expectations.
- Act as a liaison to address concerns and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Establish and utilize metrics to monitor the progress of employee engagement and experience initiatives.
- Prepare reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of employee experience and engagement principles and practices.
- Ability to gather and analyse data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Canva/Photoshop for creating engaging visual content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
