Build and nurture a database of relevant contacts from leading companies, tracking touchpoints for invitations.

Craft personalized emails and calls to invite CHROs, demonstrating value and relevance of each apprenticeship workshop or webinar.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align event messaging and ensure invitation delivery reflects company brand and objectives.

Manage follow-ups, track RSVPs, and address queries, ensuring a high attendance rate and positive guest experience.

Liaise with marketing/design teams for digital invitation content and campaign execution.

Provide post-event feedback, maintain contact relationships, and support long-term engagement for recurring event series.
