Event Invitation
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research target CHROs
and senior HR leaders for event outreach on a monthly cycle.
• Build and nurture a database of
relevant contacts from leading companies, tracking touchpoints for invitations.
• Craft personalized emails and calls
to invite CHROs, demonstrating value and relevance of each apprenticeship
workshop or webinar.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders
to align event messaging and ensure invitation delivery reflects company brand
and objectives.
• Manage follow-ups, track RSVPs, and
address queries, ensuring a high attendance rate and positive guest experience.
• Liaise with marketing/design teams
for digital invitation content and campaign execution.
• Provide post-event feedback, maintain
contact relationships, and support long-term engagement for recurring event
series.

• Very strong organizational skills
with attention to follow-up and detail, able to handle multiple communication
cycles and data tracking.
• Knowledge or experience in HR, event
management, B2B sales, or marketing is highly advantageous.
• Strong networking skills, comfortable
approaching and conversing with C-suite executives.
• Ability to craft compelling,
benefit-oriented event invitations for a senior audience.
• Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools,
email marketing platforms, and virtual event systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
preferred; experience in business development, HR, or event management is a
plus.
