Your Role :

  • Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program.

  • Effective co-ordination of the overall program management, inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising

  • Experience managing large scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state of the art infrastructure and “4 9s” (99.99%) or above SLA, that includes responsibilities of 24x7 monitoring, Incident, Change & rest of ITIL Processes

  • Performance management (setting up indicators, financial follow-up: revenue / costs / invoicing, identification of deviations and setting up corrective plans, etc.).

  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with technical and specialist standards

  • Co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits

  • Works full-time on the program for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.

  • Securing resources and expertise internally as required, for example, appointing professional advisers to support the project role
