Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program.

Effective co-ordination of the overall program management, inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising

Experience managing large scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state of the art infrastructure and ā€œ4 9sā€ (99.99%) or above SLA, that includes responsibilities of 24x7 monitoring, Incident, Change & rest of ITIL Processes

Performance management (setting up indicators, financial follow-up: revenue / costs / invoicing, identification of deviations and setting up corrective plans, etc.).

Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with technical and specialist standards

Co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits

Works full-time on the program for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.

Build and manage senior client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, etc.)

Ensuring an appropriate program or project management framework is in place, incorporating the Review Process if required

Securing resources and expertise internally as required, for example, appointing professional advisers to support the project role

Implementation of a communication plan with all the actors concerned (Customer, sales teams, project team, TCS management)
