VinUniversity (VinUni: https://vinuni.edu.vn/) is the first private, not-for-profit Vietnamese university established based on international standards. The university integrates the models of excellent international universities with the unique cultural and economic characteristics of Vietnam, to make a breakthrough in Vietnamese higher education and to become a world-class university.

As part of VinUni’s vision, the Employer Branding Specialist plays a key role in positioning VinUni as an employer of choice for academic and professional talent worldwide. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role focuses on building and promoting a strong employer brand, telling compelling people and culture stories, and supporting talent attraction initiatives aligned with VinUni’s global ambitions.
The Employer Branding Specialist will work closely with Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver consistent, engaging employer branding activities and ensure a positive, candidate-focused experience throughout the recruitment journey.
