We’re looking for a proactive Employer Branding Specialist to develop and promote TechMagic’s employer brand, helping us attract and retain top talent.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in employer branding, HR, talent marketing, general marketing, or communications
Experience working with employer brand or hiring-related channels: career page, LinkedIn, job platforms, or similar
Experience creating or supporting content: writing posts, preparing texts, reviewing visuals, or coordinating content with others
Proactive attitude to work, willingness to take ownership, and see tasks through from idea to execution
Focus on measurable outcomes of employer branding activities (reach, engagement, candidate feedback)
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
English level: Intermediate strong or higher
