Employer Branding Manager

At Eldorado.gg, we’re looking for an Employer Branding Specialist who knows how to turn our internal culture, people, and ambition into a compelling employer story — and make top talent want to be part of it before they even apply.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

You’ll own and grow Eldorado.gg’s employer brand end-to-end:

• Build and execute a clear employer branding strategy aligned with our business and hiring goals;
• Define and evolve our Employer Value Proposition (EVP);
• Create and oversee engaging employer brand content (careers page, LinkedIn, campaigns, storytelling);
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring with strong brand messaging;
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity;
• Lead employer branding campaigns, including events, meetups, career fairs, and partnerships;
• Measure impact using EB metrics (reach, engagement, applications, quality of hire);
• Act as a culture ambassador, capturing real stories from teams and turning them into narratives.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or Brand Marketing;
• Storytelling and content creation skills (copy, campaigns, narratives);
• Understanding of tech / IT talent markets and what attracts them;
• Experience working with data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness;
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian & English;
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives without losing strategic focus;
• Ownership mindset — you like building things from scratch and scaling them;
• Curiosity about culture, people, and how brands influence career decisions.

👉 GROSS SALARY

• €2400 - 2800 gross per month, depending on your experience.
