Employer Branding Intern

Seven Retail is seeking a creative and passionate Employer Branding Intern to support our social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll help us create stories on our company culture, employees, and hiring highlights through engaging content and design.

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, create, and manage content for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Design visuals using Canva or other design tools
• Write catchy, clear, and on-brand captions and copywriting
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather ideas and stories
• Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

• Familiar with Canva or similar design tools
• Good at writing engaging and creative social media copy
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and content creation
• Bonus: Interested in HR, recruitment, or company culture
