Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are looking for a creative, passionate, and people-focused Content Creator with expertise in videography and employer branding to bring our employer brand to life through authentic, compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you will work closely with the People & Culture team while partnering with Marketing to ensure brand consistency where required to create engaging content that showcases our culture, values, people, and employee experience helping us attract, engage, and inspire top talent.
The ideal candidate is a skilled visual storyteller with expertise in videography, photography, video editing, and social media content creation. You have a keen eye for capturing genuine moments, transforming everyday workplace experiences into compelling stories that resonate with current and prospective employees. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing creativity with strategy to produce high-quality content that strengthens our employer brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
What you will be doing:
Employer Branding:

  • Partner closely with the People & Culture team to develop and execute an employer branding content strategy that authentically showcases our culture, values, employee experience, and career opportunities.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content featuring employee stories, workplace culture, leadership insights, team initiatives, and company events.
  • Create engaging, platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels, following platform best practices and employer branding guidelines.
    Talent Attraction:
  • Produce authentic recruitment content, including organic job campaigns, hiring manager spotlights, "day in the life" features, employee testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content to support talent attraction.
  • Capture and document employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, CSR programs, learning and development events, company celebrations, and other People & Culture initiatives.
  • Produce both short-form and long-form video content optimized for audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.
  • Capture professional photography for recruitment campaigns, internal communications, employer branding initiatives, and corporate communications.
  • Edit content using graphics, captions, subtitles, motion elements, and brand-compliant visual assets to maximize accessibility and engagement.
    Content Production:
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop and maintain an employer branding content calendar aligned with recruitment priorities, employee engagement initiatives, and business objectives.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized library of digital media assets while ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, LinkedIn best practices, emerging content formats, and employer branding innovations to continuously improve content performance and audience engagement.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future employer branding campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
    2–5 years of professional experience in videography, content creation, digital media, or social media content production.
  • Demonstrated experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or other digital platforms. Experience in employer branding, corporate storytelling, or internal communications is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Strong photography and videography skills with an excellent understanding of composition, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production tools.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics, animation, color grading, and post-production techniques is an advantage.
  • A creative storyteller who can transform everyday workplace moments into compelling content that reflects our culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platform best practices, content optimization, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, the People & Culture team, Recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning, creativity, and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, HR communications, or corporate communications initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to create recruitment and employee engagement content.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video production, photography, social media campaigns, and storytelling projects.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
