Define, develop and embed B&Q’s employer brand across all internal and external channels to position B&Q as an employer of choice. The Employer Brand Manager is responsible for authentically representing the culture of B&Q, ensuring our employer brand and candidate experience reflect our purpose and behaviours, and supporting the attraction and retention of diverse talent aligned to our business strategy.
