You

A creative, strategic leader who gets things done. You lead people and projects, turn bold employer brand ideas into measurable campaigns, and make compelling business cases to get buy-in. You are hands-on with content, events and recruitment marketing, fluent in the metrics that prove success, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Own employer branding strategy and convert ideas into business cases and measurable campaigns
    • Create engaging content for internal and external channels 
    • Run recruitment marketing that grow candidate volume and quality
    • Build and execute external brand campaigns that raise Mediatech awareness across target markets
    • Manage internal communications and culture initiatives, events 
    • Track and analyse performance metrics and continuously improve our reach and engagement
    • Build strong relationships across teams to understand what’s happening in the business and communicate it clearly and creatively
    • Partner with SEO, PR, PPC and other teams to maximize campaign impact
    • Improve processes and workflows to speed execution and scale results

WHAT WE EXPECT

    • 4+ years experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or similar roles
    • A track record of planning and delivering employer brand or recruitment campaigns that actually moved the needle
    • Ability to build a solid business case, set clear goals, and measure what success looks like
    • Strong creative instincts — you come up with bold ideas and know how to bring them to life
    • Excellent communication skills and confidence when presenting your ideas to stakeholders
    • Hands-on project management skills and the ability to keep multiple campaigns running smoothly
    • A data-aware approach — you understand which metrics matter and use them to guide decisions
    • Self-confident, practical, and able to see the bigger picture while still staying on top of the details

GROSS SALARY

    • 2500-3600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
