As our Employer Brand & Attraction Activations Expert, you will lead and execute talent attraction initiatives across Europe, including the Referral Program, the Campus Ambassador Program, and our Partnerships. You will collaborate with country teams to align on attraction strategies, while building strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners to enhance our employer brand visibility. You will drive early-career talent pipelines for Graduate Traineeship Programs through high-impact events and networking initiatives. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will continuously measure and optimize the effectiveness of attraction activations.

What will you be doing:  

  • Lead and execute strategic and operational initiatives for the referral program, the campus ambassador program and partnerships to drive talent attraction efforts across Europe.

  • Collaborate with different country teams to ensure a cohesive and effective employer branding and talent attraction strategy.

  • Establish and manage relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.

  • Develop and implement talent attraction strategies for Graduate Traineeship Programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of early-career talent.

  • Own and manage employer branding initiatives, ensuring effective storytelling and candidate engagement.

  • Develop recruitment marketing materials, event toolkits, and employer presentations tailored for different attraction channels.

  • Organize and execute high-impact events, webinars, and networking initiatives to enhance brand presence.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of attraction campaigns and continuously optimize strategies.

What you will bring:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a corporate environment (Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR projects management, Employer Branding or related fields is an advantage)

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills – ability to engage and build strong relationships with partners and colleagues across multiple countries.

  • Strategic thinking – capability to develop and implement a comprehensive attraction strategy for the entire European Zone.

  • Creativity – innovative mindset to craft compelling campaigns and attraction initiatives.

  • Collaboration – ability to work cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and external stakeholders across different countries.

  • Adaptability – willingness to learn and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Analytical thinking – ability to assess and optimize recruitment and branding efforts through data insights.

  • Attention to detail – ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging and materials.
