We are searching for the best talent for Employer Brand Analyst.
Role summary
Support the execution and optimization of social media, email marketing, events, and employer attraction communications for North America and LATAM. The analyst will create and schedule content, run email campaigns and newsletters, support in-person and virtual events, monitor performance, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with regional and global teams to attract diverse talent and position the company as an Employer of Choice.
Key responsibilities
Manage relationships with candidates and users across social platforms and produce creative content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn tailored to local needs.
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters targeted to candidates and internal audiences; monitor performance and optimize deliverability, open/click rates, and conversions.
Support in-person and virtual event logistics and communications (promotion, registration, onsite/virtual support, post-event follow-up and analytics).
Support talent acquisition communication efforts for internal communications (employee newsletters, internal campaign messaging, intranet content coordination).
Support the development and execution of attraction campaigns in collaboration with regional talent acquisition leads for Enterprise, MedTech and Innovative Medicine.
Execute day-to-day social media activities including scheduling, posting, community monitoring.
Maintain and implement the monthly social and email content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated distribution across channels.
Track and analyze metrics and indicators for primary channels (social, email, events); surface trends, opportunities, and risks and translate insights into tactical recommendations.
Develop and implement creative campaign elements to increase awareness, engagement, and applications (executional focus).
Test content variants, run experiments, and provide real-time insights and recommendations based on performance.
Support deployment of global strategies and collaborate with the Global Talent Engagement team on cross-regional initiatives.
Strengthen relationships with followers and online audiences to help position the company as an Employer of Choice.
Qualifications — External
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience and skills — required
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media channels and running email marketing campaigns in a professional setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of email marketing best practices, campaign tools, segmentation, and performance measurement.
Practical experience with paid media advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Experience creating content (copy, basic images and short-form audio/video). Familiarity with image and audio editing tools.
Experience supporting in-person and virtual events and producing newsletters.
Direct experience working with or supporting talent acquisition teams and employer branding/recruitment communications.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience using social, email and web analytics to translate insights into recommendations and actions.
Strong planning, organization, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to craft engaging narratives and clear calls-to-action.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
Proficient spoken and written English and Spanish (required).
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a supportive, inclusive global team environment.
Must have
Hands-on experience with email marketing and demonstrable experience supporting talent acquisition activities (sourcing campaigns, candidate communications, recruitment events, or internal TA communications).
Nice to have
Proficiency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization methodologies for social and email content.
Experience with regional/local attraction strategies to source diverse talent pools.
Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems.
