The Team

Clyde & Co’s HR team in North America consists of approximately 33 professionals, with specialist groups in Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Rewards & Benefits. Within Recruitment, we work collaboratively across all U.S. and Canadian offices to deliver a high-quality, business-focused talent acquisition service to both our fee earners and business services teams. The Employer Branding function plays a key role in supporting these efforts by strengthening the firm’s presence in the market, promoting our culture and values, and attracting top talent across the region.

The Role

As a key member of our firm, you’ll collaborate with supportive and talented colleagues to deliver exceptional service and continuously improve our processes. You’ll apply your initiative and ambition to produce outstanding results that have a lasting impact on the firm.

This role is designed to support our North America recruitment efforts by actively managing our employer brand, digital presence, and communications. Responsibilities include developing and implementing online marketing campaigns, managing our careers website, attending campus events, overseeing our social media channels, coordinating with key vendors, and creating global marketing materials in partnership with counterparts across regions.

Working closely with the North America recruitment team, you’ll gain a deep understanding of hiring pipelines, programs, and hard-to-fill roles. You’ll proactively recommend strategies to increase engagement and applications while maintaining consistency and integrity of the Clyde & Co employer brand.

This position reports directly to the Senior Global Employer Brand Manager. The role will also work closely with the North America Recruitment Manager, Corporate Communications, and key stakeholders across the firm, including the Training Principal and HR Partners.

Key Responsibilities

Careers Website Management

  • Proactively manage and update the North America section of the careers website to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the Clyde & Co brand.
  • Represent the firm’s corporate responsibility and inclusion initiatives across recruitment platforms to effectively communicate our culture.
  • Ensure all roles and programs are advertised for maximum visibility across careers websites, university platforms, and targeted digital campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing research and audience analysis to ensure our recruitment content is competitive and relevant.
  • Ensure the North America region with early careers programs is accurately represented on the site with dedicated, up-to-date pages.
  • Continuously enhance the Learning Hub by collaborating globally to provide dynamic, relevant content.
  • Maintain website analytics and engagement reporting.
  • Manage recruitment-related intranet sites and support other global regions as needed.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and deliver a monthly North America communications plan, coordinating posts in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Recruitment teams.
  • Produce creative social content designed to engage both law students and experienced applicants.
  • Integrate the firm’s values and culture through the newly developed Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Monitor digital and social channels daily, engage with followers, and identify opportunities to expand brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal brand ambassadors to amplify firm messaging.
  • Advise on paid media targeting to reach key talent pools.
  • Analyze engagement data and apply insights to improve future campaigns.

Collateral Development & Brand Management

  • Serve as North America’s employer brand guardian, ensuring all recruitment materials align with the firm’s brand guidelines.
  • Support North America’s teams in designing event materials and collateral.
  • Create assets for internal and external use, including email campaigns, advertisements, and newsletters.
  • Develop and manage content for the firm’s global careers Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and media partners, negotiating new contracts and developing digital and print content.
  • Collaborate with North America Recruitment Advisors and Coordinators to understand recruitment timelines and identify opportunities for brand visibility.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Employer Branding to ensure accurate representation of the Clyde & Co brand globally.
  • Provide campaign progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Attend internal and external events to stay current with market trends.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Support candidate engagement initiatives through CRM tools.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including conversion rates, website performance, and social media analytics.
  • Work with the Senior Global Employer Brand Manager to interpret data and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with managing budgets related to media, marketing, and promotional materials.

Events

  • Plan and execute early careers events and university engagement strategies across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage supplier partnerships for early careers events.
  • Oversee merchandise, logistics, and volunteer coordination for recruitment activities.
