This position is full time, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Job Summary:
The employeeXperience Support Specialist is an entry-level position, but it plays a key role in providing our client's employees support within the system. This requires understanding the employees' challenges and developing, communicating, and implementing solutions using various system resources. Solutions can be a combination of procedures and technology to allow customers and Primepoint to operate efficiently.

Job Location: Primepoint's Headquarter's is located in Westampton, NJ. We will consider applicants for this position to work a hybrid schedule.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range $40,000 - $60,000 annually with salary being commensurate with skills and experience. Primepoint offers benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance along with Vacation/PTO, 401(k), and other voluntary options.
