Located at our Longview, WA office (This is not a remote position)

Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Employee Engagement Supervisor to join our team.

Wage Range: $28.05 - $43.82

* The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increases based on performance.  The target pay range for this position is typically within the first half of the range.  Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.  Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Responsible for implementing and supporting programs to help cultivate a value-aligned culture that enhances employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Rooted in the Credit Union’s philosophy of “people helping people”, this role is responsible for improving the employee journey (from onboarding through engagement and retention) to ensure every employee feels connected to our purpose of serving members and our community.

RESPONSIBILITES

·        Communicate effectively with both staff and the Corporate Education Manager regarding various areas of responsibility.

·        Develop, plan, and execute individual and group training programs that align with the Credit Union's strategic goals, mission, vision, and values. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and inspiring employee messaging. Update training content for interactive participation within and outside of the Learning Management System.

·        Monitor all employee feedback and satisfaction levels, analyze data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Translate feedback into actionable insights and partner with leaders to implement action items. Investigate and research available training methods and procedures to determine new or improved training methods.

·        Assist with continual growth and education of our employees to meet performance standards and build long-term relationships with members by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.

·        Work closely with frontline trainers to identify and close training gaps.

·        Monitor daily operations in the department to assist the Corporate Education Manager. Perform adjustments to daily scheduling, as needed, to allow for adequate staffing to meet the needs of the department.

·        Provide input to the Corporate Education Manager regarding employee appraisals.

·        Attend trainer meetings to stay informed on current trainings and their progress.

·        Conduct new employee orientation sessions that foster early connection to our Credit Union’s mission and service culture.

·        Work with multiple departments to determine and implement training needs.

·        Help support initiatives and learning opportunities that reflect the Credit Union’s commitment to serving all members and employees equitably.

·        Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the Credit Union remains competitive in the marketplace.

·        Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures for the various areas of the position.

·        Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of the Credit Union’s core system and software functionality for the various areas of the position.

·        Assist in other areas/departments as needed.

 

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Possess high school diploma or equivalent 

Experience - Two years of similar or related experience developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.

Must be bondable

Travel - Ability to travel to all Fibre Federal Credit Union locations to conduct training, which may include overnight requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:

·        Office work environment.

·        Must be able to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time.

·        Must be able to stand for public events/presentations and run orientation/training programs.

·        Move work-related equipment up to 20 pounds.

·        Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.

·        Operate various technological devices, including but not limited to a computer.

·        Occasionally ascend/descend stairs.
