Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding Programs
- Create and maintain onboarding content for new hires across departments
- Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure onboarding materials are accurate and aligned with company culture
- Continuously improve onboarding experiences based on feedback and performance metrics
Learning & Development Projects
- Develop ongoing training content to support employee growth and skill development
- Support leadership development, compliance training, and role-specific learning programs
- Maintain a content calendar for training rollouts and updates
- Support community learning through leading financial education and coaching programs and VITA programs
Content Creation
- Design and develop engaging digital learning materials (videos, e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, and interactive content) to support the retail and leadership teams.
- Translate complex procedures and compliance regulations into clear, user-friendly learning experiences
Digital Platforms & Tools
- Manage and upload content to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Utilize multimedia tools (video editing, graphic design, authoring software) to produce high-quality content
- Ensure content is accessible, mobile-friendly, and user-centric
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track training effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics
- Analyze learner engagement and recommend improvements
- Stay current with trends in digital learning, content creation, and employee development
