The Employee Engagement Lead will be responsible for driving engagement with employees in the Diageo GB market business.
About the role:
The GB Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of our employee engagement activity, developing our strategic approach to engagement and delivering brilliantly executed communication and events.
The role-holder will take the lead responsibility for creating an inspiring, focused and impactful culture, with highly engaged and motivated employees who understand and buy into the vision for the business. The role requires outstanding critical thinking, creative ideas, and skillful management of team members and projects. Being a highly collaborative standout colleague who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously is also critical.

Market complexity - This role sits in the GB CR team but will involve close working with GB functions, global corporate relations and GB Executive Team.
