What you’ll do in the role:
Champion Employee Voice: Develop and lead Enterprise Network Services (ENS) wide employee engagement and recognition program for 300+ employees across multiple locations globally.
Inspire Engagement: Partner with local ENS leads to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement by organizing events, facilitating open forums, and gathering feedback to shape ongoing improvements. Cultivate an environment where every voice is heard and valued, ensuring that team members feel a strong sense of belonging and purpose.
Drive Engagement and Improvement: Coordinate with partners in Enterprise Technology Services and Human Resources to develop and execute strategies that drive continuous improvement and enhance employee experience.
Promote a Positive Culture: Support and promote programs that recognize achievements, encourage well-being, and celebrate diverse perspectives. Develop and measure the success of recognition programs, aiming to increase participation by 20% year-over-year.
Collaborate and Co-Create: Work closely with the ENS leadership team and colleagues across ENS and other departments to co-create innovative solutions, fostering teamwork and shared success.
Empower and Connect: Develop, analyze, and present executive-level insights in response to senior management requests, empowering teams with actionable information.
What you’ll bring to the role:
College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to tailor messaging to all levels of the organization.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize time accordingly.
Strong process management skills and direct experience dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time.
Ability to interact comfortably at senior levels of the organization while also being a contributor to the team.
Thrive in a dynamic environment with opportunities for continuous learning, professional growth, and adapting to new challenges.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Technology, Finance, or Strategy background a plus
